China becomes the largest buyer of industrial robots worldwide

Industrial robot manufacturers may want to call China a "golden father". According to the "World Robot Report 2018" recently released by the International Federation of Robotics (IFR), in 2017, the global sales of industrial robots reached 380,000, a year-on-year increase of 29%. China is the largest buyer, buying 13,800 units in 2017. This figure exceeds one-third of the total global sales for the year, up 58% year-on-year.
